Please include the following identifying information in the body of your email: your legal first and last name, phone number provided at registration, and email address provided at registration. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.

  • Account Deletion. You may request to have your BroThrow account deleted at any time by sending an email to info@brothrow.com with subject line "Account Deletion.” Please include the following identifying information in the body of your email: your legal first and last name, phone number provided at registration, and email address provided at registration

  • Personal Information Deletion. You may request deletion of certain personal information maintained by us and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request.  Please note, however, that BroThrow may be legally, or otherwise, required to keep such information, or to retain such information for a prescribed period.  Deletion requests may be made by sending an email to info@brothrow.com with subject line "Personal Information Deletion.” Please include the following identifying information in the body of your email: your legal first and last name, phone number provided at registration, and email address provided at registration.

  • Information Correction. You can request correction of your personal information where it is inaccurate or incomplete by either contacting us at the address below or self-correcting by using your personal log-in to edit your user profile.

We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way.

PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 21

Our Site is not intended for anyone under 21 years of age. No one under age 21 may access the Site.
